Cesarini Sforza Brut Trento NVBrilliant, pale golden color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is complex and delicate, offering scents of Meyer lemon, white flowers, and slate with supporting notes of peach stone and brioche. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a citrus- and stone-driven core with flavors of white peach, green apple skins, lemon curd, and minerals, and accents of orange peel. Brilliant, deep salmon color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of raspberry, red cherry, and cranberry with supporting notes of spring flowers, orange peel, and slate. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of red plum, wild strawberry, sour red cherry, and red grapefruit zest. The finish is long and ultimately crisp. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Made with a blend of 70% Tempranillo, 27% Garnacha, and 3% Viura. $26 – 4.5 Stars/95 points

Crossfire Hurricane Gold RumBright, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of baking spices, crème brulee, and banana bread with supporting notes of butterscotch, candied ginger, and roasted pineapple. The palate confirms the nose, delivering a caramel-driven core with supporting flavors of vanilla, toffee, Sherry, and gingerbread. The finish is long and lingering with notes of black pepper and ginger. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a supple texture. Wonderfully complex with a charming hogo accent that we want from Jamaican pot-still Rums. $34.99 – 5 Stars
Crossfire Hurricane Reserve Rum
Bright, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering ginger biscuits, molasses, and baking spices, with supporting notes of caramel, butterscotch, and charred oak. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a toffee-driven core with flavors akin to treacle, cigar box, nutmeg, allspice, tropical fruit, and porridge. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with an opulent texture. Wonderfully complex with a charming hogo accent that we want from Jamaican pot-still Rums. $44.99 – 5 Stars

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is pleasingly forward with an elevated, honey-tinged lemon drop coming to mind. The palate echoes the nose, with the honey providing the perfect platform to carry the bright citrus notes is perfect harmony. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with lovely pepper notes rising on the finish. This citrus-flavored vodka relies on balance rather than sugary sweetness, and the cocktail possibilities are endless. $29 – 4 Stars

The palate is in full agreement with the nose, delivering a citrus-driven core, generous notes of lime zest and pickling spices, and a subtle vanilla accent. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a lush and silky texture that leans toward Genevere, while the finish is pure London Dry. $29 – 4.5 Stars
