Black Button Empire Straight Rye Whiskey
Brilliant, deep copper/bronze color. The nose is filled with the scents of charred oak supported by roasted nuts, baked orchard fruits, and a generous dose of black pepper. The palate echoes the nose delivering an assertive oak-driven core tamed somewhat by ripe fruit, caramel, and brown baking spices. Full-bodied with a dominate wood presence. $74.99 – 3.5 Stars

Brilliant, medium coral color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of raspberry and boysenberry with supporting notes of plum, orange peel, and passion fruit. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of red cherry, slate, and strawberry. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and nicely balanced with an opulent texture. Made with 100% Pinot Noir — more juicy and less tart than previous vintages. $22 – 4 Stars/93 points

Hazy, medium golden color. The nose is moderately intense offering scents of lychee and quince with supporting notes of orange peel, lemon curd, and peach. The palate confirms the nose delivering a tropical fruits-driven core with flavors of white peach, apricot, tropical fruit, slate, and citrus zest. The finish is long and lingering with accents of tart pineapple emerging. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant, yet rich texture.
