Wine Reviews

Cesarini Sforza Brut Rosé Trento NV
Brilliant, medium salmon color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of strawberry, rose petals, and slate with supporting notes of peach stone, kumquat, and baking spice. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of raspberry, red currant, mineral, and orange peel. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant yet supple texture. $27.99 – 4 Stars/92 points

Spirits Reviews

Zucca Rabarbaro Gran Reserva Amaro
Opaque, deep mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of dried herbs, treacle, eucalyptus, and rhubarb with supporting notes of campfire, dark chocolate, tamari, and mineral. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a baking spices-driven core with supporting flavors of brown sugar, candied ginger, cocoa nibs, orange peel, and dense balsamic. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and ideally balanced with a rich, viscous texture. $44.99 – 5 Stars
