Tanteo Habanero Infused Tequila
Brilliant, crystal clear with a faint hint of straw. The nose is quite floral with subtle and sweet herbal and chili notes rising from the glass. The palate is quite different from the nose as it opens with a faint sweet note that soon gives way to an assertive chili burn that lingers for minutes. Medium-bodied with very intense chili heat that dominates the palate. Made with 100% Blue Agave Tequila and infused with fresh habanero peppers from the Yucatan. $39.99 – 3 Stars

2Hawk Viognier Rogue Valley 2019
Brilliant, medium green/gold color. The aromatics are wonderfully intense offering scents of pineapple and white peach with supporting notes of jasmine, kiwi, lemon grass, and bees wax. The palate echoes the nose delivering a tropical fruits-driven core with flavors of lychee, apricot, citrus zest, and sudachi. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture and crisp citrus accents. This wine is an absolute beauty that celebrates the essence of Viognier. $26 – 4.5 Stars/96 points
