Tongue Dancer Wines Putnam Vineyard Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2017
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of dried cherry and dried herbs with supporting notes of black tea, earth, violet, and oak. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black cherry, baking spices, and hibiscus flower. The finish is long and lingering with firm but supple tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a meaty (for Pinot Noir) yet silky texture. $65 5 Stars/99 points
Tongue Dancer Wines Bacigalupi Vineyard Chardonnay Russian River Valley 2017
Brilliant, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of white peach and lychee with supporting notes of apricot stone, honeysuckle, and citrus zest. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of tropical fruit, lemon curd, and candied ginger. The finish is long and lingering with accents of vanilla bean and oak. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a opulent texture. $50 4.5 Stars/94 points

Tanteo Habanero Infused Tequila
Brilliant, crystal clear with a faint hint of straw. The nose is quite floral with subtle and sweet herbal and chili notes rising from the glass. The palate is quite different from the nose as it opens with a faint sweet note that soon gives way to an assertive chili burn that lingers for minutes. Medium-bodied with very intense chili heat that dominates the palate. Made with 100% Blue Agave Tequila and infused with fresh habanero peppers from the Yucatan. $39.99 – 3 Stars
