Santa Maria La Palma Aragosta Vermentino di Sardegna 2020
Brilliant, pale green/yellow color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of green apple, lemon grass, and white flowers with supporting notes of orange peel, red grapefruit, honeysuckle, and green tea. The palate confirms the nose delivering a citrus-driven core with flavors of ripe green melon, blanched almonds, and citrus zest. The finish is crisp. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. $13 – 4 Stars/90 points

Rubirosa Private Reserve 4 Years Old Rum
Deep golden/amber color. The aromatics are intoxicating, offering waves of butterscotch, dense black cherry, vanilla bean, and roasted banana accented by notes of fresh cigars, tropical grasses, and rich caramel. The palate echoes the nose delivering a gorgeous tropical fruit and caramel centric core with waves of nutmeg, candied orange peel, and complex black pepper notes. Medium-bodied with perfect balance thanks to a bright dose of acidity that keeps the palate vibrant. The ideal cocktail Rum, aged in American white oak and finished in Cognac barrels. $24.99 – 4.5 Stars
Rubirosa Limited Edition 8 Years Old Rum
Beautiful, deep amber color. The nose is complex and seductive offering scents of butter toffee, roasted pineapple, vanilla bean, and dried cherries accented by dark caramel, macaroons, and hints of allspice. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a lush caramel and tropical fruit-driven core with waves of baking spices, sweet oak, decadent ginger biscuits, and kola nut. Full-bodied with ideal balance thanks to a fresh dose of acidity and lovely savory and sweet pepper accents found only on the finish. The perfect cigar Rum, aged in American white oak and finished in Cognac barrels. $34.99 – 5 Stars
