Quadrum Rosé Blend La Mancha 2021
Brilliant, medium strawberry color. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of red berries and watermelon with supporting notes of cranberry, slate, and hibiscus flower. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of tart-cherry, mulberry, and mineral. The finish is crisp with subtle orange zest accents. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Made with a blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Garnacha. $19.99 – 4 Stars/90 points

Disaronno Velvet Liqueur
Creamy, opaque alabaster appearance. The nose is largely reminiscent of classic Amaretto with pretty floral scents with candied almonds, apricot stone, and vanilla. The palate echoes the nose delivering a rich, chocolate and fruit-driven core with waves of vanilla cream and chocolate covered cherries. Medium-bodied and very silky being quite viscous and long lingering on the palate. $29.99 – 3.5 Stars

Nooku Bourbon Cream Liqueur
Thick, tan and creamy. The aromatics are subtle while the scent of Bourbon surely shines through with supporting notes of vanilla cream and roasted nuts. The palate is in agreement with the nose delivering a creamy Bourbon and caramel-focused core with accents of toffee and mocha fudge. Medium-bodied with incredible viscosity coating every corner of your mouth while maintaining an ideal balance. $36.99 – 4 Stars

Ron del Museo Rum
Beautiful, deep amber/mahogany color. The nose is complex and seductive offering scents of toasted oak, roasted nuts, candied-cherries, and vanilla beans with hints of creme brulee. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lush caramel and toffee-driven core with waves of baking spices, sweet oak, nut butter, fruit cake, with accents of kola nut and an exotic blend of woods. Full-bodied with ideal balance and an incredibly long palate that lingers on for minutes. A truly decant Rum made for sipping on special occasions. $55 – 5 Stars

Tongue Dancer “Applelicious” Apple Cider (USA)
Bright gold/green color with a stream of fine bubbles. The aromatics are subtle but complex offering scents of bitter apple, peach stone, baked apples, and lemon zest with hints of iodine and bay leaf. The palate echoes the nose delivering an apple-driven core with waves of Asian pear, guava, and apple peel with bright citrus accents. Medium-bodied with abundant acidity that gives vibrancy while mild tannins give structure and length. $6/375ml can – 4.5 Stars
