Brilliant, dark ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of red cherry and elderberry with supporting notes of dried herbs, earth, and a playful, sweet garrigue note. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black plum, cocoa, black currant, black tea, and slate. The finish is long and lingering with silky tannins. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent texture. Made with a blend of Merlot 65%, Cabernet Franc 27%, and Malbec 8%. $55 – 4.5 Stars/94 points

Whiskey Del Bac Sentinel Straight Rye Whiskey
Brilliant, medium copper/bronze color. The nose is intense, offering scents of honey, earth, candied citrus peel, and black tea with supporting notes of smoke, ginger and forest floor. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a roasted nuts-driven core with flavors of caramel, cinnamon, and oak. The finish is long. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with an opulent texture. $40 – 4 Stars
Whiskey Del Bac Normandie Single Malt American Whiskey
Brilliant, medium tawny/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of toffee, candied ginger, and charred oak with supporting notes of caramel and butterscotch. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a stone fruit-driven core with flavors akin to baking spices, cocoa, and nutmeg. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a supple texture. $90 – 4.5 Stars
Whiskey Del Bac Dorado Single Malt American Whiskey
Brilliant, medium copper/bronze color. The nose is intense, offering scents of caramel, cigar box, and cinnamon with supporting notes of oak, campfire, and black tea. The palate echoes the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with supporting flavors of baking spices, dried fruits, and hints of cashew butter. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with an opulent texture. $60 – 4.5 Stars

Brilliant, medium copper/bronze color. The nose is intense, offering scents of caramel, cinnamon, and brown sugar with supporting notes of oak, cashew butter, and gingerbread. The palate confirms the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with flavors of apricot stone, toffee, and roasted hazelnut. The finish is dry with wood tannins on the close. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a meaty texture. $60 – 4 Stars
