Deep, golden color with a dense haze and generous white head that lasts for the entire Beer. The nose reveals classic hefe-weizen notes with a dense fruit and spice driven core, fresh baked bread, and accents of tropical fruit. The palate echoes the nose delivering richness with ideal balance, vibrancy, and length. Notes of citrus, clove, ginger, and toasted grain mingle seamlessly. This is a big Beer but it is also perfectly balanced and amazingly refreshing considering its weight. 5 Stars

Brilliant golden color with a fine bead of bubbles that streams upward from the time it's poured until the last swallow. The aromatics are malty and floral with sweet grain notes and a well-integrated hops impression. The palate is substantial while dry with crisp grain and citrus notes. Ideally balanced with great length and a dry, vibrant finish. Richer than the classic German Dortmunders with more malt for the American Craft Beer lovers while keeping vibrant. 4 Stars

A rich copper color with a thick, white head. A Belgian Abbey style ale offering a complex mélange of fruit, malt, and hops accented with notes of citrus, clove, caramel, pepper, and cardamom. The palate fully concurs with the nose offering rich malt flavors with accents of fruit, spice, and citrus. Rich and creamy with enough acid to keep it fresh with a subtle hop note as well. 5 Stars

Bright, brilliant pale golden hue. Aromas show a lovely, bready sweet malt character with faint honey and earth tones. The malt flavors follow through with waves of rich, sweet malt that is kept vibrant with a dose of acidity and well-proportioned hop bitterness. Wonderfully rich while never being heavy inviting sip after sip with perfect balance. 5 Stars
