Abita Christmas Ale (USA)
The Abita Christmas Ale is a brown ale that is brewed with six types of malted barley and fermented with American Ale yeast. It is brewed with pale malt, as well as a combination of Caramel, Biscuit, Munich, and chocolate malts. Avinyo La Ticota Brut Gran Reserva Cava 2016
Brilliant, light straw color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of quince, ripe pear, and tangerine with supporting notes of citrus zest and brioche. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of lemon curd, bitter melon, white peach, and toasted bread. The finish is crisp and refreshing. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Aged for a minimum of 60 months on the lees before disgorgement — zero dosage. $49 – 5 Stars/97 points

Lucano Amaro
Brilliant, deep mahogany. Bold aromatics with rich fruit compote featuring bitter herbs with ripe red berries, citrus zest, wild flowers, brown baking spices, and accents of vanilla, wild honey, clove, and hints of anise. The palate confirms the nose being lush and silky delivering a rich, ripe fruit concentrate with waves of bitter herbs, exotic brown spices, and decadent treacle. Supple while vibrant and satisfying with a viscosity that lingers for a good minute. Ideally balancing spice, fruit, and sweet flavors in total harmony. $29.99 – 4.5 Stars
