Waterford Whisky Single Farm Origin: Rathclogh Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Brilliant, golden color with hints of amber. The nose is filled with the scents of freshly cut hay, sandalwood, and spring flowers, with notes of wild honey, lemon zest, and blackberry with hints of beeswax. The palate is in large agreement with the nose delivering sweet, baked apples with supporting notes of red berries, steeped grains, rich caramel, and brown baking spices with hints of butterscotch. Full-bodied with superb balance and great length that gets even better with a subtle splash of water. $79.99 – 5 Stars
