Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Rosé Adelaida District 2023
This Grenache-dominated rosé is fermented and rested in stainless steel to retain its fresh flavors. A majority of the grapes are direct pressed into stainless steel tanks while 10% of the grapes are cool soaked for half of the day to extract color and structure. Luciano Ercolino Le Grade Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2022
Brilliant, medium green/gold color. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of apricot stone, pear, and blanched almonds with supporting notes of honey, spring flowers, and lemongrass. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of white peach, slate, and lemon curd. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. $29 – 4.5 Stars/94 points

Christian Drouin ABC de Christian Drouin Aperitif
Brilliant, medium golden/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering aromas of baked apple, jasmine, and orange peel with supporting notes of cinnamon, wild flowers, and candied citrus zest. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with supporting flavors of quince, apricot stone, peach, and kumquat. The finish is long and lingering. Vizcaya Black Reserva Rum
Brilliant, deep mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of brown sugar, baking spices, and Sherry with supporting notes of ginger biscuits, crème brulee, and treacle. The palate echoes the nose delivering a toffee-driven core with flavors akin to fruitcake, caramel, roasted nuts, vanilla, and molasses. The finish is long and lingering. Brilliant, pale copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of smoke, baking spices, and malted barley with supporting notes of honey, iodine, and leather. The palate echoes the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with supporting flavors of candied ginger, cashew butter, dried fruits, vanilla bean, and toffee. The finish is long and lingering.
