The aromatics are intense, offering scents of lychee, honeysuckle, and tropical fruit with supporting notes of lemon curd, blanched almonds, meringue, and mineral. The palate echoes the nose delivering a tropical fruits-driven core with flavors of white peach, pineapple, green apple, and passion fruit. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of ripe white peach, blanched almonds, meringue, and oak. Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Flavored Whiskey
Brilliant, medium mahogany color. The nose is filled with the scents of milk chocolate truffles with loads of buttery toffee and candied nuts. The palate confirms the nose delivering a dense, buttery toffee-focused core with supporting notes of milk chocolate vanilla-soaked oak, and hints of sweet Whiskey. Medium to full-bodied with a very viscous palate that lingers with a bit of a syrupy characteristic. $25 – 3.5 Stars
