Black Button Empire Straight Rye Whiskey
Brilliant, deep copper/bronze color. The nose is filled with the scents of charred oak supported by roasted nuts, baked orchard fruits, and a generous dose of black pepper. The palate echoes the nose delivering an assertive oak-driven core tamed somewhat by ripe fruit, caramel, and brown baking spices. Full-bodied with a dominate wood presence. $74.99 – 3.5 Stars

Ferrari Brut Trento NV
Brilliant, medium straw color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is moderately intense offering scents of apple, spring flowers, and quince with supporting notes of bread dough and citrus. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of apple and pear with toasty bread crust. The finish is crisp with lingering citrus and yeast accents. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Made with 100% Chardonnay. $27.99 – 4 Stars/92 points
