Product Story

UNA is a fascinating new premium flavored Vodka made from a blend of fresh California-grown begonias, Florida-grown orange blossoms, and vanilla flowers from Madagascar, which create a delicate yet complex spirit. UNA is far less sweet than most flavored Vodkas and with its subtle botanical qualities it drinks like a contemporary, lower proof Gin. It's absolutely unique as we have not seen another product that compares. We feel that the begonias give it the signature aromatics and flavor core.

Brand Story

UNA founder and CEO, Leticia Fernández de Mesa, is a former art executive who was inspired by her travels around Latin America. There she was amazed by the beauty of the local flowers, particularly the edible flowers. She was seduced by the begonia flower and sought to capture the flower’s unique essence by infusing it in premium Vodka. The result is a singular product that has the heart of a craft Gin with it’s expressive aromatic profile. Even the bottle is an artistic expression with an elongated bottle with crystal rose stopper and art created by Fabia Rodi.

Tasting Note

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is filled with the scents of exotic flowers, vanilla, and soft citrus accents that are presented in a subtle and delicate manner. The palate echoes the nose delivering a a floral-driven core with notes of mineral, soft grain accents, and vanilla bean. Medium-bodied and super delicate with just a faint sweetness that lifts the botanicals giving it a soft Gin-like quality. $42 –

How to Serve

Serve chilled or over rocks to get the full, botanical experience. Use in a classic Moscow Mule to add a new wrinkle to that classic cocktail or mix with any fruit juice.
