Ayinger Brauweisse (Germany)

Product Story

The great Beers from Ayinger have been available in the US for more than two decades. Their Brauweisse is absolutely traditional with the expected Ayinger complexity and depth of flavors. It's perfect for summer refreshment or winter nourishment.

Brand Story

Ayinger has been producing incomparable Beers for more than 130 years. The brewery sits in the small, 1,200 year-old village of Aying just 25 kilometers to the southeast of Munich. This is a taste of Bavaria in the glass.

Tasting Note

Pale golden color, hazy, with a big rocky white head. Classical yeasty aromas showcase clove and banana with the vibrant wheat malt. The palate echoes the nose delivering a creamy mouthfeel filled with sweet grain and malt notes with accents of tropical fruit and exotic spices. Medium-bodied, classically proportioned, with perfect balance.

How to Serve

Serve chilled in a classic Bavarian Weizen glass. Skip the fruit. Enjoy with weiss-wurst, pretzels, or crab legs.
