Bright green/gold color. The nose is subtle offering scents of hay, green apple, stewed orchard fruit, and citrus. The palate echoes the nose with a tart, semi-oxidized fruit core flanked by green herbs, pomello, and lemon zest. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and moderate grassy notes.
