Beverage of the Week
Don Q 151 Rum
Another great Don Q Rum and one that is loved by every most every Tiki bartender. It is made with a blend of Rums aged for a minimum of three years while it seems to me that this blend also includes Rums that are much older… See the Beverage of the Week feature
Saladini Pilastri Pecorino Offida DOCG 2016
Brilliant, medium green/gold color. The nose is moderately intense offering scents of white peach, citrus zest, and pear with supporting notes of mineral and tropical fruit. The palate confirms the nose delivering a citrus and tropical fruits-driven core with flavors of passion fruit and jasmine. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a supple texture. $13 4 Stars/90 points
Crop Organic Meyer Lemon Flavored Vodka
Crystal clear with evident legs of glycerin streaming down the walls of the glass. The nose is vibrant with sweet with waves of Meyer lemon fruit and subtle hints of grain spirit. The palate echoes the nose delivering a blast of sweet lemon with a soft, lush palate entry that evolves to a zesty finish. A fresh cocktail addition with applications ranging from the bloody mary to the cosmo. $25.99 – 3 Stars
