Peppucci I Rovi Grechetto Todi 2019
Brilliant, medium gold/green color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of spring flowers, nectarine, and hay with supporting notes of green tea, honeysuckle, and fresh herbs. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of green apple, pomelo, and slate. The finish is long and lingering with soft tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. $22 – 4.5 Stars/95 points

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is subtle, offering scents of shale, blanched almonds, and summer grass with accents of corn. The palate echoes the nose delivering a grain-driven core with supporting notes of mineral, green apple, and hints of white pepper. Medium-bodied with a bright dose of acidity and long, lingering grain and mineral flavors. $24 – 4 Stars

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is beautifully aromatic offering scents of juniper and citrus zest with accents of forest floor, cardamom, and hints of pickling spices. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a vibrant, juniper-driven core with generous notes of lemon and spice with subtle accents of sea salt. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with the sprite spirit and botanicals being supported by a generous dose of acidity making it a pleasure to sip. $34 – 4.5 Stars

Glengoyne 10 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Brilliant, pale copper color. The nose is ultra refreshing like a Whisky aperitif offering scents of red and green apples, hazelnuts, buttered popcorn and hints of citrus zest. The palate echoes the nose delivering an apple apple and pear-drive core with waves of toffee, toasted almonds, coconut, and oak with accents of sandalwood and anise. Medium-bodied and ideally proportioned offering perfect balance thanks to a dose of bright acidity. A super value. $44.99 – 4 Stars

Brilliant, pale copper color. The nose is filled with the scents of toasted malt, baked apples, and toasted coconut with hints of lemon zest and sandalwood. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering an orchard fruit-driven core with supporting notes of toffee, brown butter, and black pepper rising on the finish. Full-bodied and ideally proportioned offering with sprite acidity and subtle baking spices rising on the finish. $53.99 – 4.5 Stars

The palate echoes the nose delivering a baked orchard fruit-drive core with assertive baking spice and pepper notes with accents of oak, ginger, and star anise. Full-bodied showing loads of barrel-driven spice notes with a spicy finish. $620 – 4 Stars
