Chasing Rain Red Blend Red Mountain 2019
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of raspberry and black cherry with supporting notes of rose petals, five spice, and oak. The palate confirms the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of black plum, boysenberry, black tea, and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a supple texture. $25 – 4 Stars/90 points
Chasing Rain Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain 2019
Brilliant, dark ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black currant and black tea with supporting notes of dried herbs, baking spices, mocha, and oak. The palate confirms the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, violet, star anise, and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a chewy texture. $25 – 4 Stars/90 points

Ballotin Original Chocolate Flavored Whiskey
Brilliant, medium mahogany color. The nose is filled with the scents of milk chocolate truffles with hints of chocolate cream, vanilla and hints of brown baking spices. The palate confirms the nose delivering a rich, milk chocolate-focused core with supporting notes of dark caramel, vanilla soaked oak, and sweet Whiskey. Medium to full-bodied with a viscous palate feel that elongates the sweet chocolate flavors. $25 – 4 Stars
