Brilliant, pale salmon color. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of strawberry and kumquat with supporting notes of mineral and apricot stone. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of red plum, raspberry, and orange peel. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. $13 – 4 Stars/90 points

St. Hubertus Herbal Liqueur
Bright, deep amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of dried herbs, orange peel, and rhubarb with supporting notes of chamomile, candied citrus zest, and ginger. The palate confirms the nose delivering an orange peel-driven core with flavors of kumquat, verbena, and licorice. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a silky texture. $19.99 – 4 Stars

Keeper’s Heart Irish + Rye Old Fashioned (RTD)
Brilliant, deep tawny/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of bitters, clove, and baked apple with supporting notes of apricot and brown sugar. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with supporting flavors of candied ginger, dried fruits, and quince paste. The finish is long and lingering.
