Sky Ranch Foundation℠, now in our 58th year, continues to support our nation’s at-risk youth on behalf of the Beverage Alcohol Industry. Since 2011, the Foundation has awarded $3.3+ million in grants.
On a recent visit, board members visited South Dakota-based Boys & Girls Club of Rosebud (rosebudbgc.org). Re-opened in 2014, this organization continues to grow, now serving 24,000 meals a year and managing 100 youth per day. They have expanded their locations to three, one in Mission, one in Rosebud and one in Parmelee, all located on the Rosebud Indian Reservation.
“Each time we visit here, we are more overwhelmed by the impact this organization has made on the community, clearly witnessed by the smiling faces of the children who utilize their facilities,” notes Foundation President Ralph Aguera.
“They continue to impress us with their dedication and devotion to youth at-risk and by their commitment to outreach by expanding with more accessible locations,” added Foundation Chairman George McCarthy.
