Wine Reviews

Ferrari Brut Trento NV
Brilliant, medium straw color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is moderately intense offering scents of apple, spring flowers, and quince with supporting notes of bread dough and citrus. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of apple and pear with toasty bread crust. The finish is crisp with lingering citrus and yeast accents. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Made with 100% Chardonnay. $27.99 – 4 Stars/92 points

Spirits Reviews

Tina’s Vodka
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is incredibly pure with scents of sweet, crushed grains with accents of mineral and dried herbs and flowers. The palate fully confirms the nose delivering a soft and silky core with waves of slate and faintly sweet grain with flanking notes of white pepper that are more prominent on the finish. Medium-bodied with a bright dose of acidity and long, lingering grain, mineral, and citrus zest notes. $30 – 4 Stars
