Libby Sparkling White NA California NV
Brilliant, medium pale straw color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of citrus zest, green melon, and jasmine with supporting notes of pear and star fruit. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of grapefruit, green apple, and pomelo. The finish is crisp. Libby Sparkling Rosé NA California NV
Brilliant, medium coral color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is subtle, offering scents of red berries and raspberry with supporting notes of hibiscus flower and orange peel. The palate confirms the nose, delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of strawberry, pomegranate, and meringue. The finish is long and lingering. Zucca Rabarbaro Gran Reserva Amaro
Opaque, deep mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of dried herbs, treacle, eucalyptus, and rhubarb with supporting notes of campfire, dark chocolate, tamari, and mineral. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a baking spices-driven core with supporting flavors of brown sugar, candied ginger, cocoa nibs, orange peel, and dense balsamic. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and ideally balanced with a rich, viscous texture. $44.99 – 5 Stars
