Troon Vineyard Kubli Bench Rosé Applegate Valley 2022
The 2022 Troon Kubli Bench Rosé is made from a Southern France inspired blend of 55% Mourvedre, 25% Cinsault, 9% Counoise, 8% Carignan, and 3% Negrette. The grape varietals used in this wine have changed through the years but it seems like this may be the type of wine that we see moving forward. This is our favorite Troon Kubli Bench Rosé yet…

Eden Dale Chardonnay Sonoma Coast 2020
Brilliant, light golden color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of white peach and spring flowers with supporting notes of cantaloupe, apricot stone, and bees wax. The palate echoes the nose delivering a tropical fruits-driven core with flavors of lychee, lemon curd, wet stones, meringue, and oak. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent texture. $40 – 4 Stars/93 points
Eden Dale Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2020
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of raspberry and boysenberry with supporting notes of five spice, dried herbs, black tea, and slate. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black cherry, red currant, pomegranate, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent texture. $50 – 4.5 Stars/94 points

Quintaliza Reposado, 100% Agave Tequila
Brilliant, deep gold to light amber color. The nose immediately reveals that there is something different going on when coffee leads the aromatics supported by scents of oak, black pepper, baked agave, leather, and caramel. The palate echoes the nose delivering perhaps a bit more baked agave than the nose with flanking notes of oak, brown spices, and cocoa nibs with hints of sea salt and pepper. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with an original marriage of coffee and aged Tequila. $80 – 4.5 Stars
Booker’s 2023-02 — Apprentice Batch 7 Years Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Brilliant, crystal clear with a deep mahogany color. The nose is incredibly complex and generous offering scents of vanilla fudge, roasted nuts, caramel, baked orchard fruits, and loads of baking spice. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a rich and silky caramel-driven core with lovely proportions of fruit, toffee, brown butter, allspice, nutmeg, and oak. Full-bodied, incredibly silky and generous while displaying great balance and a powerful delicacy. Aged seven years and one month — bottled uncut and unfiltered. $89.99 – 5 Stars
Inspiro Luna Blanco, 100% Agave Tequila
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is filled with the scents of baked agave, tropical fruits, and baking spices punctuated by accents of pine needles. The palate echoes the nose while delivering rich fruit-driven core with supporting notes of vanilla bean, lemon zest, and faint hints of butterscotch. Medium-bodied with ripe agave fruit with generous spice notes and a bright, citrus finish. $56.99 – 4.5 Stars
Inspiro Rosa Reposado, 100% Agave Tequila
Brilliant, crystal clear with a light salmon color. The nose is filled with the scents of baked agave, caramel, and baking spices with dried red berries and wild honey. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red berry-driven core with waves of tropical fruits, toasted nuts, and vanilla. Medium-bodied being fruit-forward with loads of spice and a touch of cinnamon. $76.99 – 4 Stars
