Wine Reviews

Tongue Dancer Wines Rosé of Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2022
See the Full BevX Featured Review
Brilliant, pale coral color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of raspberry and boysenberry with supporting notes of orange peel, kumquat, slate, and hibiscus flower. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of red cherry, strawberry, apricot stone, and hints of cranberry. The finish is long and lingering with beautiful red berry acidity. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture yet juicy with a steely edge. An annual favorite — this is one of our favorite vintages yet being slightly drier than previous years. $22 – 4.5 Stars/96 points

Rabble Wine Sauvignon Blanc Central Coast 2022
Brilliant, medium pale straw color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of red grapefruit and lemon grass with supporting notes of green melon, honeysuckle, green tea, and tropical fruit. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of grapefruit, quince, mineral, and citrus zest. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with a vibrant yet supple texture. $18 – 4 Stars/92 points

Rabble Wine Rosé Paso Robles 2022
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are pleasingly intense, offering scents of watermelon and ripe, wild strawberries with supporting notes of raspberry, orange peel, and spring flowers. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of ripe red cherry, kumquat, and slate. The finish is long and lingering with citrus accents. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Made with a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache. $18 – 4 Stars/92 points

Spirits Reviews

UNA Flavored Vodka
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is filled with the scents of exotic flowers, vanilla, and soft citrus accents that are presented in a subtle and delicate manner. The palate echoes the nose delivering a a floral-driven core with notes of mineral, soft grain accents, and vanilla bean. Medium-bodied and super delicate with just a faint sweetness that lifts the botanicals giving it a soft Gin-like quality. $42 – 4 Stars
