Spirits Reviews

Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur
Cloudy (like fruit juice) and viscous with a bright, golden to burnt orange hue. The nose is very expressive offering scents of ripe tropical fruits with a passion fruit focus but also redolent of sweet mango and star fruit. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a rich and wonderfully complex explosion of real passion fruit flavor including a pronounced tart accents that act as the perfect foil to the sweet core. Medium to full-bodied with a perfect balance thanks to its generous natural acidity. $32.99 – 5 Stars

Greenbar Slow Hand Single Malt American Whiskey
Brilliant, mahogany to amber color. The nose is quite unique offering scents of blackberry jam with cotton candy, butterscotch, allspice, and vanilla bean The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a candied fruit core with accents of brown baking spices, cream soda, and sweet tea. Full-bodied with a pronounced sweetness akin to many flavored Whiskies bolstered by an eclectic wood element. Ideal for those seeking a sweet and fruity Whiskey. $49.99 – 3 Stars

Greenbar Garden Flavored Vodka
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is quite expressive with scents of celery and dill jumping from the glass with supporting notes of garden herbs with freshly mown grass and hints of vanilla. The palate echoes the nose delivering a very herbaceous core that is a bit scattershot in its approach finishing with sweet fennel notes that become metallic. Medium-bodied and semisweet with a pungent herb salad. $29.99 – 2.5 Stars
