Ransom Old Tom GinRansom Old Tom Gin
Old Tom style Gins are popping up with greater regularity these days. We love the broader palate and lush texture of this style of Gin. Ransom is a true craft producer and we encourage you to seek out their great lineup of products — Old School in the best possible way.

The aromatics are very intense offering scents of raspberry, black tea, and forest floor with supporting notes of hibiscus flower, graphite, a unique minerality, oak, and hints of wild mint. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black cherry, five spice, mineral, and vanilla. Spirits Reviews

George Dickel 8 Years Old Bourbon Whisky
Brilliant copper to amber color. The nose is very expressive offering scents of baked apples, cherry, vanilla bean, orange peel, and accents of roasted nuts. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lush fruit and toffee-driven core with supporting notes of almond, five spice, toasted oak, and cashew butter. Full-bodied while being ideally proportioned, wearing its overproof strength well and offering bright notes of acidity that keeps this mature Bourbon vibrant. null $34 – 5 Stars
