• Bib & Tucker American White Whiskey

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are reminiscent of stepping into a large feed warehouse (I love that smell) with waves of raw grains filling the nose supported by accents of grass, wild herbs, and bread dough. The palate confirms the nose delivering a dense, grain-focused core with waves of spice, dried herbs, and sweet sap accents. Medium-bodied with lush grains and vibrant edges thanks to a dose of bright acidity. $40 – 3 Stars

  • New Holland Knickerbocker Barrel Gin

Brilliant, pale golden straw. The aromatics are very interesting and certainly barrel-driven with scents of cola and Whiskey with accents of ginger, sweet citrus, and a host of brown baking spices supported by hints of brown sugar. The palate is in somewhat agreement with the nose as the decadent Whiskey and brown spice notes give way to peppery ginger and citrus notes that become redolent of lemongrass and citronelle. Full-bodied with dense brown spirit and brown spice notes that are foiled by citrus and ginger ultimately becoming dry. $29.99 – 3.5 Stars

  • Heeet Hot Cinnamon Flavored Vodka

The palate echoes the nose delivering a mildly sweet and refreshingly spicy cinnamon core with accents of pepper and sugar. Full-bodied and intensely flavored with cinnamon offering all of the heat and sinus clearing aromatics that you would expect. $24.99 – 3 Stars

  • Francescano Natura Assisi Peach Cream Liqueur

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is amazingly generous with ripe peaches and a touch of apricot nesting on a stone fruit custard. The palate echoes the nose delivering a very lush, peach and custard core that offers subtle peach skin notes as well to add interest with accents of citrus rising on the finish. Medium-bodied with incredible viscosity coating every corner of your mouth. $21.99 – 3.5 Stars

  • Cubaney Gran Reserva 12 Years Old Rum

Deep mahogany color. Aromatic notes of vanilla, cola, treacle, and dark molasses fill the nose accented by exotic hints of clove, allspice, Bourbon, and black pepper. The palate echoes the nose delivering sweet molasses and spice notes with a soft trailing semi-sweet and spicy finish. Medium-bodied being slightly viscous with crisp pepper and dry spice notes. $29.99 – 3 Stars

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very floral with a hint of citrus and a Genever-like sweetness with hints of fenugreek, green cardamon, and gooseberry. The palate echoes the nose delivering a sweet, fruit driven core with green spices, lime zest, and ginger. This is a soft and gentle Gin that may be too soft and gentle for some hardcore Gin lovers. It is undeniably balanced with great length and depth. $35.99 – 3 Stars

  • Tyrconnell Single Malt Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Bright copper color. The nose offers a very pretty marriage of apples and pears, grain, and spice with accents of oak, honey, and citrus. The palate echoes the nose offering a balance between creamy malt and peppery notes. Citrus flavors abound on the finish as this dram becomes dry and crisp. $45 – 3.5 Stars

  • Paddy Blended Irish Whiskey

Bright, light golden color. The nose is fresh with scents of toasted grain, vanilla, and hints of dried fruits. Available in the US on a limited basis, this latest offering of the old Paddy Whiskey is better than ever. $ – 3.5 Stars

The palate echoes the nose delivering a light but sweet grain and honey-centric core with waves of spice and oak as it finishes short and dry. Medium-bodied with bright acidity but it does lack depth on the palate. The Bushmills Red is made from Whiskey aged exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks. $21 – 3 Stars
