The nose is beautifully aromatic offering scents of juniper and citrus zest with accents of forest floor, cardamom, and hints of pickling spices. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a vibrant, juniper-driven core with generous notes of lemon and spice with subtle accents of sea salt. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with the sprite spirit and botanicals being supported by a generous dose of acidity making it a pleasure to sip. $34 – 4.5 Stars
