Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black cherry, blueberry, and violet with supporting notes of elderberry, dried herbs, and clove. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black plum, mineral, pomegranate, red currant, and raspberry. Laird’s Barrel Aged Series 4 Years Old Blended Irish Whiskey
Bright, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of green apple, pear, and apple cider with supporting notes of vanilla, cereal, and ginger biscuits. The palate echoes the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with supporting flavors of honey, sultanas, apricot stone, and hints of cinnamon. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and ideally balanced with a supple texture. $55 – 4 Stars
