Spirits

Don Q Piña Flavored Rum
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is filled with the scents of baked pineapple with soft, vanilla-accented white Rum offering hints of lime and honey. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lush, sweet, and juicy pineapple core with flanking tart pineapple acidity, silky Rum, and vibrant citrus. Medium-bodied with ripe and sweet pineapple a its core with enough bright citrus-like acidity to keep it fresh.

Vermont Spirits Coppers Gin
Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are alluring and complex with orange peel on near equal footing with the juniper supported by coriander and cardamon giving a slight Indian spice feel. The palate echoes the nose delivering a rich and silky grain spirit core infused with vibrant juniper and citrus with enough acidity to add lift and brightness. Medium to full-bodied with a velvety core spirit with the botanicals seamlessly integrated while being perfectly balanced.

Vermont Spirits Coppers Barrel Gin
Brilliant, pale copper color. The nose is very expressive leading with a bright blast of cinnamon and tropical fruits marking a clear departure from the original Coppers Gin. The palate echoes the nose as the brown baking spices from the barrels dominate the flavor profile while accentuating the cassia and cardamon with accents of caramel and toasted coconut. Full-bodied with bold wood notes that have won the battle versus the softer, more subtle botanical accents of the Coppers Gin.

Wine

Farnese Fantini Montepulciano Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo 2016
Brilliant, deep violet color. The nose is moderately intense offering scents of cranberry, and strawberry with supporting notes of and raspberry with hints of mineral. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of red berries with tart pomegranate rising on the finish. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a juicy and vibrant texture.
