• Slieve Foy 8 Years Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Deep straw color with flecks of gold. The nose is vibrant and fruity with rich accents of malt, lavender, toffee, and hints of brown spice. The palate echoes the nose delivering a silky and complex melange of malt and spice with a core of ripe orchard fruits. Multi-layered with great length while being wonderfully proportioned. A real beauty that prizes nuance over heft. $45 – 4 Stars

  • Tullamore Dew 10 Years Old Blended Irish Whiskey

This Whiskey is a bit more dense showing aromatics of orange peel, cinnamon, and allspice, with accents of dried fruits. The palate echoes the nose offering a pleasing viscosity and sweet, vanilla tinged Bourbon notes. A charming dram. $23.99 – 3 Stars

  • Tullamore Dew 12 Years Old Blended Irish Whiskey

Brilliant amber color. The 12-year-old Tully offers a bit of a departure from the classic being rich with sherry notes as they offer a bit of honey, nougat, fig, brown spice, and vanilla to the sweet grain and malt core. The palate is remarkably sprite for all of its inherent unctuousness and complex flavors. Silky while spicy and balanced by a strong accent of citrus zest on the finish. Complex and pleasing. $39.99 – 4 Stars

  • Tullamore Dew Blended Irish Whiskey

Bright copper color with touches of gold. The nose is soft, pretty and seductive with scents of grain, fresh baked bread, spearmint, orange, and spring flowers. The palate is equally soft with a bit of an oily character to add length and texture. The sweet malt really shows thought with accents of vanilla. It’s a very pretty Whiskey that has always been a sentimental favorite of mine. $17.99 – 3 Stars
