Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black cherry, forest floor, and black tea with supporting notes of raspberry, dried herbs, and boysenberry. The palate confirms the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of blackberry, five spice, mineral, violet, and a very charming touch of bramble. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a supple texture. $45 – 4.5 Stars/96 points

Bright, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of vanilla and green apple with supporting notes of prairie grass, pear, and butterscotch. The palate echoes the nose delivering a roasted nuts-driven core with supporting flavors of ginger, hazelnut, honey, and black pepper. The finish is long and lingering with rising pepper accents. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a succulent yet vibrant texture. $49.99 – 4.5 Stars

Keeper’s Heart Irish + American Blended Whiskey
Brilliant, light copper color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of baking spices, caramel, and wild flowers with supporting notes of cashew butter and honey. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a candied ginger-driven core with flavors akin to baked apple, apricot stone, and treacle. The finish is long. Full-bodied and flawlessly balanced with a chewy texture. $29.99 – 4 Stars

Waterford Whisky Cuvée: Koffi Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Brilliant, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of orange peel, nutmeg, and apricot stone with supporting notes of almond butter, brioche, and candied citrus zest. The palate echoes the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with flavors akin to gingerbread, citrus zest, marzipan, and hints of anise. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with an opulent texture. $89.99 – 5 Stars
